Hallo Señor Oliver,
meine Partnerin und ich waren im Februar zur Mandelblüte in Sóller und haben uns in Ihrem Hause sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein sehr stilvolles Haus, das uns von seiner Architektur und Einrichtung im schönsten Jugendstil sehr gut gefallen hat. Doch das war ja `nur´ das Kleid, das Sie und Ihre Mitarbeiter mit bestem Leben gefüllt haben. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren Sie und die Damen, die den Service hervorragend ausgeübt haben.
Die Küche war hervorragend. Vom Frühstück über die Gerichte und die Menues zum Abendessen. Die Speisen waren ausgesprochen schmackhaft und wirklich dekorativ angerichtet. Unser Kompliment an Ihren Küchenchef. Auch die Weinauswahl und -empfehlungen Ihrer Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut.

Hi Toni,

A note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at La Vila. We did some new walks and revisited some favourites which we had done before.

It was great to come back each day to welcoming staff, however busy they were, and superb food and memorable wines.

Good Morning Toni!

Just a short note to thank you so very much for a lovely 40th wedding anniversary meal last Sunday - 7th October. We truly had a wonderful evening enhanced by the exceptional food (compliments and thanks to the chefs) and also for the extremely kind attention given to us by the staff on duty that evening. The waitress and lady who greeted us were so pleasant and I would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to both of them. Thank you, too, for our glasses of Cava - so very kind of you. I intended to email you to THANK you and all at Hotel LA VILA for the kindness and courtesy to Florence and myself, during our Holiday with you.

Florence & I dined with you-Hotel La Vila, for 6 night out of the 7 in Soler, during the holiday, which is a COMPLIMENT to you, and your chef-kitchen, as the food was more than GOOD, it was EXCELLENT!

Your Wine List was interesting, as you covered most of the Grape selection, to please all wine lovers.

We had a lovely holiday with you, and would love to return some day.
